Giving—Flipping the Script Jesus said, “You cannot serve both God and Mammon” (Matthew 6:24). One will have your loyalty; the other won’t. In a world that tells us money is the only source of security, success, or blessing, God offers a higher way. He flips the script and invites us to prove His faithfulness—not by buying blessings, but by putting Him first. Giving isn’t about losing money—it’s about declaring, “Money is not my source. God is.” When you give, you’re breaking agreement with the world’s system and aligning with Kingdom principles. If that’s hard to see, keep your money until you’ve heard enough truth to give with the joy and faith the Bible calls “hilarious giving” (2 Corinthians 9:7). But when that moment comes—when faith and freedom rise—you won’t give out of pressure, but out of trust, obedience, and love.
